Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and typically range from 5–10 business days depending on destination. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always assist you in tracking your order. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian dollars) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Returns and refunds

Order acceptance and cancellation
